Frequently asked questions
Why is treatment less expensive in Moldova?
Operating costs such as rent and salaries are considerably lower than in Western Europe. Clinics use the same international implant systems, ceramics and equipment, so the difference is in overheads, not in materials.
How long will I need to stay?
Veneers and crowns usually take five to seven days. Implant treatment normally involves two visits: one to place the implants and a second, three to six months later, to fit the final teeth. Your plan sets out the exact schedule.
Do I have to book travel through you?
No. Flights, accommodation, transfers, the driver and the concierge service are all optional. Some patients arrange their own travel and use us only to organise their treatment.
What do you need from me for a treatment plan?
Clear photos of your teeth are helpful, and a recent panoramic X-ray (OPG) even more so. If you don't have an X-ray, the clinic will take one on arrival and confirm your plan before any treatment begins.
How does payment work?
Our service fee and any travel services you choose are paid in full before your trip. The only payment in Moldova is for your treatment, which you pay directly to the clinic as it is carried out.
What happens if I need help after I return home?
Your plan includes the clinic's guarantee terms. We remain in contact after your visit and coordinate any follow-up with the clinic on your behalf.
